What is Annual Compliance?
Missing an annual filing can cost your company dearly. Late fees add up every day. Directors can be disqualified. The company can even be struck off.
Your Professionals makes sure that never happens. Our annual compliance service covers ROC annual filing, MCA compliance, income tax returns and statutory records for Private Limited Companies, OPCs, Public Companies and LLPs. Our Company Secretaries and Chartered Accountants do the work. You get one point of contact and filings done before the due date. Need a named professional to act for your company? Our annual compliance nominee service gives you an authorised expert who manages filings on your behalf.
Annual compliance is the set of yearly filings, meetings and tax duties every company or LLP must complete. It is required under the Companies Act, 2013, the LLP Act, 2008 and the Income-tax Act, 1961. The financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
Think of it as a yearly health report for your company. It shows the Government that your company is active, well managed and law-abiding.
Many founders think a company with no income can skip filings. That is wrong. Even nil-activity companies must file every year. A good annual compliance service keeps all of this on one calendar, so nothing slips. It covers:

Annual Compliance by Entity Type
The workload depends on your entity type. We offer a package for each.
Private Limited Company
The most common startup structure. It needs board meetings, an AGM, an audit, AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC and a tax return. DPT-3 and MSME-1 apply in some cases.
One Person Company (OPC)
No AGM is needed and fewer board meetings are required. You still file AOC-4, MGT-7A, the auditor form and a tax return.
Public Limited Company
This has the heaviest load. It includes more meetings, committees and disclosure rules. A secretarial audit may apply.
Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
An LLP files Form 11 and Form 8 with the MCA, plus a tax return. An audit is needed only above set limits.
Section 8 Company
A non-profit company follows the Companies Act. Extra rules apply to its charitable objects and tax exemptions.
Our Packages
Basic
ROC filings only (AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC).
Standard
